Hey Reader!
May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and I've been thinking a lot about something I want to ask you directly!
How are you actually feeling about your productivity right now?
Not how much you're getting done. Not whether your to-do list is under control. But how it feels to move through your big dreams and your average Tuesdays. Your energy, your focus, your relationship with the whole thing.
π Take the poll, I'd love to know!

Personally, this time of year, some intense spring fever sets in for me and generally all I want to be doing is rolling around in the sunshine. Which makes productivity feel a little something like... πππ±βοΈππββ¬π«΅π
Last week, I asked a friend to come help me fold, sort and put away a bunch of laundry that had been building up for too long. It felt so great to both do some spring cleaning AND connect with a friend while body double doing a boring task and drinking a yummy fruity drink. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Wherever you're at and however you're feeling, I hope you know that you are doing great. And that's it absolutely a-okay to do what you need to take care of yourself, and go at the pace that's right for you any and every day!
If you're local to Asheville, NC, I have something for you this week.
This Thursday, May 21st at 6pm, I'm teaching Find Your Flow for the WNC Queer Professionals group at Afterglow at The Radical Hotel (95 Roberts St).
It's my most popular workshop, and it's free to attend. We'll dig into why all the productivity tools you've tried haven't stuck. And work through a zero-pressure practice for building your workday around how your brain actually works. No planners, no subscriptions, no Pomodoro timers!
There's casual networking before and after too, if that's your thing.

Can't wait to see you there!
With fresh air & sunshine,
