"2026: Year of the Personal Operating System"

That’s what’s typed in big letters, nestled between some stars and a demure-looking unicorn, on the first page of my shiny, freshly decorated 3-ring binder (picture below!).

I’m pretty stoked, honestly. I’ve never made a workbook just for me before.

I filled it with some high level goals & intentions for the next year, a new "Great Day Generator" worksheet, plus a new printable version of my "Find Your Flow" worksheet, blank graph paper to let my mind run wild (year of the horse!), and the check-in worksheets I use with my coach.

Sigh. Three-ring binders are just so magical! ✨

Honestly, I've grown to have a bit of a love-hate relationship with AI and digital productivity tools. I've realized that if I’m not actually heavily involved in creating the thing myself, I’m not really climbing the mountain, so to speak. I don’t appreciate or retain the view from the top as much (err, the output).

I'm sure I'm not alone in saying that I can feel overwhelmed by all the generated digital docs that land in a dark corner of Google Drive and eventually become lost to the digital black hole (hello, ADHD-related object permanence issues 🙃).

You may have noticed in that pic that my desk has a lot of tools that I can physically reach for. From time tracking, to focus reminders, a literal "client stack"... I’m really excited about launching into this new year by packaging up what I’ve already learned about myself into this cute little gift to… myself.

I know from my own brain and from working with neurodivergent entrepreneurs (and the answers in last week's ND Launch survey showed, too!)...

Momentum doesn’t come from trying harder. It comes from supportive structures.
