Hi Reader,
As we move into the holiday, I hope that you are warm, cozy, and have the opportunity this week to rest & reconnect with the things and people that mean the most to you! I'm in Colorado visiting with my family, but I wanted to pop in and share a little more with you about what's been happening over here...
Last week, I talked about claiming my corner, and how that’s showing up through my new branding.
Now, I want to talk about something more personal: the people I’ve built this business alongside, and what they’ve taught me.
When I took a real inventory of my first two years in business—my clients, my favorite projects, the work that felt most alive, and the areas that I've grown the most—a pattern emerged so clearly I couldn’t ignore it.
The people I do my best work with are neurodivergent entrepreneurs.
Creative thinkers. Big-picture visionaries. Deep feelers. Intuitive decision makers. People with ADHD. Autistic folks. People whose brains don’t always move in straight lines, but move beautifully.
Once I named that, a lot clicked into place... even my new logo! It's simpler, trying less hard, and looks like my handwriting. Because my work is about helping real humans with real brains bring ideas into the world without shrinking themselves!
And that is what is shaping everything I’m building next.
I’m currently gathering insight for a resource I’m developing (working title: Brain Blueprint Thing 🙃).
It's a strengths-based approach to supporting entrepreneurs who are at critical moments... launching a new business, making a pivot or offering a new service, stepping up their visibility, navigating the emotional labor of being seen...
And I have a small ask for you this week that will help me out tremendously in developing it...
✨ Let's Talk About Launches ✨
👉 Take this short survey! 👈
This anonymous survey is open to everyone. There are no right answers, no pressure to be polished... just 12 quick questions (you can even skip any question that feels too hard to answer right now!)
And because it's about reflecting on your strengths, too, it might even lift your spirits & help you as much as it helps me!
Thank you so much for being part of this season, and for allowing me to grow & evolve alongside you.
Happy holidays to you & yours!!
Lark ✨
P.S. The "Let's Talk About Launches" survey should take about 5-10 minutes. Maybe less!
